Deliverables:

The manual booms required at least 45 seconds to be between field mode and road mode. 75% of this would be a time of 15 seconds that the new hydraulic booms must operate within. The calculated value that the hydraulics will run this cycle is right under one second. This is with the hydraulic pump running at 100%. This would cause damage to the unit and will not be tested. For testing purposes the pump will run at the lowest GPM.

A success criterion is based on weather the booms operate at 75% or greater efficiency. This is a pass/fail parameter. The device will pass the requirement if 75% or greater is achieved, and it will fail if 75% is not achieved.

With the tractor hydraulic pump turned all the way down for this test, an average time for the booms to retract from field mode to road mode was 8.34 seconds. This gave a 81.4% quicker time. This intern makes this portion of the device pass its requirement.
